AI-powered bookings on WhatsApp, while you work.

SweeLah's assistant replies on your salon's own WhatsApp number. It answers from your FAQ, offers real free slots and books once the customer taps Confirm. Anything it is unsure of goes to your team, one tap away in the Inbox.

  • Your own number
  • Books only after Confirm

A customer books a Saturday facial. Confirm and Change are sent by SweeLah itself, and the booking is checked again before it reaches the calendar.
The WhatsApp inbox: the assistant books a Gel Manicure for Saturday 3:30 pm, then passes a question about bringing own nail polish to the team.
Your team sees every chat in the Inbox and can take over.

Meet the assistant

An AI-powered assistant that works inside your rules: it can only look things up, offer what it found and ask the customer to confirm. It runs whenever you choose, and your team can always step in.

Books, moves and cancels
For clients it recognises, it checks live free times and offers them. Nothing changes until the customer taps Confirm, and the server re-checks your hours, staff and booking rules first.
Answers from your FAQ
Parking, aftercare, the cancellation policy: it reads the FAQ documents you write. Services, prices and opening hours come from your own Settings.
Hands over to your team
Complaints, payments, a request for a person, or anything it is unsure of go to the Inbox. Staff see "Assistant is replying…" and can take over with one tap.
Speaks your customers’ languages
Fixed messages come in English, Chinese, Malay and Tamil. It replies in the language the customer wrote in, whichever it is, and reads Singlish as English.
Workflows in plain words
Describe each job as you would to new staff: example messages, instructions, the tools it may use, what to ask first and when to hand over. Test routing shows where a message would go.
Every chat traceable
Each turn keeps what it was asked, what it looked up and what it answered. The Inbox shows the lookups and the FAQ documents behind each reply.
  • Runs on your own OpenAI-compatible model; the keys stay with your business
  • Monthly limits on conversations and tokens
  • A flood guard for runaway chats, and a Pause switch

And the counter keeps selling when the Wi-Fi doesn’t

The iPad keeps your menu, staff and clients. Take cash, card-terminal and PayNow QR sales offline; each one is saved on the iPad first and sent when the connection is back, exactly once.

  • A provisional receipt straight away, the tax invoice number once it syncs
  • Anything that changed in between lands in Needs review, never silently
  • Staff switch with a 4 to 6 digit PIN; managers approve refunds

Built for how Singapore salons actually run

PayNow without a terminal

With HitPay
The counter shows a PayNow QR with the amount, and the payment is confirmed automatically.
With your own QR
Upload your business’s static PayNow QR. The amount shows large, the customer pays, and staff tap "I’ve seen the payment".

One calendar for walk‑ins, calls and WhatsApp

Bookings from the counter and from the assistant sit on the same calendar, by staff or by week, and the assistant’s carry an AI marker. Hours outside opening are shaded, and only a manager can book into them.

  • Drag to move a booking
  • Rooms and chairs keep bookings from overlapping
  • Check out a booking straight into Sell
The week calendar: Monday shows bookings for haircuts, facials and manicures with each client and stylist; hours before opening are shaded.

Reports and a day close that adds up

Count the drawer at the end of the day and see what was expected in cash, PayNow and card. Reports show revenue, refunds, categories and staff, with CSV downloads for your accountant.

  • Revenue by day, category and staff
  • PayNow confirmed by hand shown on its own line
  • Reports can be view-only for staff, or managers only
Reports for the last 7 days: revenue, invoices, average sale, refunds and net, with a revenue-by-day bar chart.
Memberships, gift vouchers and discounts
Sell memberships with a member discount, packages of sessions, and gift vouchers with your own amounts and validity. Discounts on a line or on the whole bill.
Staff: PINs, commission, attendance
Everyone sells under their own PIN. Commission worked out from the rules you set. Staff clock in and out on the counter iPad, and managers can correct the record.
GST and service charge, the Singapore way
Not GST registered? No GST lines at all. Registered? Choose prices that include GST or add it on top. Service charge is worked out before GST and GST is charged on it, rounded to the cent, and every invoice keeps the rules it was priced under.
More than one outlet
Add outlets with their own opening hours, rooms and chairs, all under one account.
PDPA requests, handled
When a client asks you to delete their data, a manager erases it in one step: name, phone and consents go, the tax records stay anonymised for the five years they must be kept. Marketing goes only to clients who agreed.

Questions owners ask

Which AI model does it use?

Your own. The assistant calls any OpenAI-compatible endpoint you choose, with your API key; the key stays with your business and is never shown again after you save it. Test connection checks it before you switch the assistant on, and Usage shows tokens and an estimated cost against your monthly limits.

Can staff see what the assistant said?

Yes. Every conversation is in the Inbox, with what the assistant looked up and which FAQ documents it answered from. While it is replying, staff see "Assistant is replying…"; they can take over at any time and hand the chat back.

What happens when the internet goes down?

The counter keeps taking cash, card-terminal and PayNow QR sales from what is saved on the iPad, and prints a provisional receipt. When the connection is back the sales are sent, oldest first, and each is booked exactly once. HitPay PayNow, gift vouchers, refunds and new bookings need a connection.

Do I need HitPay to take PayNow?

No. You can upload your business's own static PayNow QR: the counter shows it with the amount in large type and staff confirm when they see the payment. With HitPay, the QR carries the amount and payment is confirmed automatically. You can also leave PayNow off.

Can the assistant message customers first?

WhatsApp allows free replies within 24 hours of the customer's last message. After that, and for reminders or promotions, messages must use templates approved by Meta, and marketing goes only to clients who agreed to receive it.

We are not GST registered yet. Is that a problem?

No. New businesses start with GST off, so invoices show no GST. When you register, a manager switches it on and picks whether prices include GST or have it added; it applies to new sales only.

How is service charge taxed?

Service charge is calculated on the amount before GST, and GST is charged on the service charge too. The receipt and invoice show each line, and the total always equals subtotal plus service charge plus GST.

Where is our data stored?

Ask us. We will tell you where your account is hosted and what we keep, before you sign up.

A client asked us to delete their data. What do we do?

A manager opens the client and erases their personal data. Name, phone and consents are removed and their WhatsApp history is deleted; invoices stay, anonymised, because tax records must be kept.

Can staff see everything?

No. Staff sell and book under their own PIN. Refunds, day close, settings and the catalog are for managers, and you choose whether staff can see reports, the inbox and campaigns.

See it on your own menu

A 30-minute call: we load a few of your services, let the assistant book a slot over WhatsApp, then ring up the sale and take a PayNow payment at the counter. Swee lah.
